Volleyora is pre-launch. Paid plans are not yet on sale, and the refund window will be finalized before checkout goes live. When it is, the final policy will be stated on this page and in your receipt. What is already fixed is set out below.
1. How subscriptions work
Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through Freemius, our checkout and payment provider. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan renews once a year, until you cancel.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not claw back the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends. To cancel, use the link in your Freemius receipt or email support@volleyora.com from the address on your account.
3. Price protection
Your price never goes up while your subscription stays active. If we raise prices later, existing customers keep the price they signed up at.
4. Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email support@volleyora.com with the receipt and we will put it right.
